REFUND POLICY

If you wish to request a refund there are a few things to keep in mind.

REFUND FOR MEMBERSHIP

If you have paid the GRHCC your membership fees and wish to be refunded this must be done:

  1. Within thirty (30) calendar days from when you paid for your membership, unless otherwise agreed upon with the GRHCC.
  2. A refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
  3. You may only request a refund if you are the payor or individual/business who signed up for the membership
  4. Refunds shall only be issued in the name of the payor.
  5. Refunds shall be issued in the form of a check, unless otherwise agreed upon with the GRHCC.

REFUND FOR GRHCC EVENT

  1. Within seven (7) calendar days prior to the event taking place.
  2. A refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
  3. You may only request a refund if you are the payor of the event.
  4. Refunds shall be issued in the form of a check, unless otherwise agreed upon with the GRHCC.
  5. Refunds shall only be issued in the name of the payor.
