REFUND POLICY
If you wish to request a refund there are a few things to keep in mind.
REFUND FOR MEMBERSHIP
If you have paid the GRHCC your membership fees and wish to be refunded this must be done:
- Within thirty (30) calendar days from when you paid for your membership, unless otherwise agreed upon with the GRHCC.
- A refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
- You may only request a refund if you are the payor or individual/business who signed up for the membership
- Refunds shall only be issued in the name of the payor.
- Refunds shall be issued in the form of a check, unless otherwise agreed upon with the GRHCC.
REFUND FOR GRHCC EVENT
- Within seven (7) calendar days prior to the event taking place.
- A refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
- You may only request a refund if you are the payor of the event.
- Refunds shall be issued in the form of a check, unless otherwise agreed upon with the GRHCC.
- Refunds shall only be issued in the name of the payor.
